Most white women, like myself, were blonde as children and then our hair turned brown when we hit puberty. I don’t dye mine though…it remains dark brown. And don’t assume that all white women want to tan or have full lips. I love my pale skin and thin lips and would not spend money to alter them. Black women are beautiful but my white skin is a part of me, just like how I’m 5′10″ and left-handed and a Scorpio.
