I really like the song. I like the somber feel of the video. a lot better than the usual ballin jay-z crap of “show me what you got”. i mostly like the 3rd verse. and the hook makes the song to me but good song none the less i don’t think it will be 1 on 106 and park but i think that show doesn’t really have any real music merit behind it anyway. bunch of teens who think old school is nelly’s country grammer.

I didn’t really care too much for the video, the song itself was mediocre. What I really enjoyed about the song were the instrumentals leading into the actual song, there’s something hypnotic about it. If someone knows how to obtain that part alone as an instrumental or something let me know PLEASE, I’d greatly appreciate it.

Wow the hate is real. I understand why ya’ll are acting like that. Ya’ll tired of seeing Jay Z do his thing. But I blame this on Hip Hop. When Jay stepped down Noone stepped up. Noone. Noone. There was no rapper to step up to define a time period. You can say the south took over or whatever, but who defines the south. The south is Hip Hop personified, rappers each doing they thing and just living they own life. New York is just trying to each be the king or Queen instead of doing them. Why does this matter to Jay’s video? Nothing. I just had to get that off my chest.
