So what I dont get is at first, Beyonce Knowles said she was BORn to play Deena and people used to tell her and she would look at them like… So why is it that after the ilm came out and Effie’s character started getting credit, she started saying she would have loved to play Effie? If you were born to play Deena, why would you worry about some other role?

I remember when she first started acting (or maybe I shoudl say when she first started getting acting roles, her dad had an interview and said he wants Beyonce in acting because the money is good and you get all your money upfront unlike waiting for royalties from an album. What Beyonce Hunny and her dad may have forgotten is that to do well in acting, you should also have a passion for it. You have a passion, do it well and the money will come.

I also think she didn’t do herself any good by saying multiple times that when she is on a movie set, she is on holiday because of the hours and the schedule etc. I dont think she impressed anyone in the movie industry with that comment. I think she realized that and stopped saying it. Because in true Beyonce fashion, like 10 years later, she would still be giving the same answers. What would you like to learn? How to cook. How do you stay so humble? My family keeps me grounded.

Mr. George, get a life. My previous post was my opinion. Oh, by the way, at work, I was forwarded the above address by a white woman, who asked me…”why does Beyonce try to act “white”. I replied…Beyonce is being who she is, and “white” people do not have the monopoly on blonde hair.

So, I drew my conclusions from co-workers, and reading a little from the website above.

And, I never said anything “hateful” about the girl. I could have, she is an easy target. Please if you do not like my opinion, mind your business.
