Chris Brown really made his debut album stretched over the past couple years. First with “Run It,” and following up with several other successful singles. For his last single, “Poppin’,” he has once again recruited Juelz Santana and Lil’ Wayne to join the roster. Apparently, his last video for this album will feature the two. After all of this success, Chris has proven himself as an excellent performer, and critics are awaiting what Chris’s next moves are, as far as his music career (he recently also ventured into acting). I sure hope that Chris doesn’t think there’s gonna be another single from this album. ‘Cause that would just be amazingly ridiculous.

But if he was to choose another single I think it would be “Aint No Way” or “Young Love”. I liked the original to this better Lil Wayne didnt do justice to it for me.

This remix is much better than that bullshit with O’So Krispie, but that remix with Jay Biz is my shit. You need to find that one and post it. Oh, and I read that Poppin’ WILL be the final single off his album. I also read that he’s been in the studio recording his sophmore album with some well-known producers. Can’t wait fot that!

a bunch of singles off of one cd isn’t strange. y’all remember brandy’s “never say never” album from ’98? they did video’s for like 5 tracks. plenty other artists have done it also.

Releasing a lot of singles isn’t bad because its a good way to make as much money off of an album you possibly can. That only happens when the album is a hit off the gate,(with the exception of the Keyshia Cole album where the 3rd single “Should of Cheated” became a moderate hit and then “Love” a smash. It showed that her label believed in her, because most likely she would have been forgotten after the first two singles flopped.)
Labels try to make even more money by releasing Special Edition discs, with three more songs to capitalize more on a hot album.
The only thing bad about it is that it makes it nearly impossible to equal the success of the first album. Chris Brown is going to have a lot of pressure on him to come out with the hits. But it looks like there has been a lot of investment in his career, so he should be fine.
You’re basically wasting money…putting out all of those singles and your album is still at 1 million and something thousand copies. I’m not hating on Chris. Do your thang. I just wont be buying it. LOL

The original is hot, the remix with JUST Lil Wayne is hot (I think his verse is just crazy!), but this version with Lil Wayne as well as Juelz Santana is severely lacking, simply because the lines Juelz lays out are plain stupid as hell. A slice of pizza? WTF?!
