With all the success of Keyshia Cole’s debut album, “The Way It Is,” and the following of her BET reality show, people have really been anticipating what’s next from Keyshia Cole. The rumored next single from Diddy’s album “Last Night,” also featuring Keyshia Cole, gave most fans a little bit of something before her next album was released. I was sent this track, “Work Out,” which is supposedly produced by Rodney Jerkins, who you may know better as Darkchild.
NOTE: Some sources are saying that this is Keyshia Cole, while others are denying it. We’ll find out soon enough. My e-mail sources say that this is a teaser track for Keyshia’s upcoming album.

this person’s voice sound a bit stroger and sometimes has a “vibrato” to it…Keyshia dont have a vibrato, it’s just kind of raspy. You can really tell it’s not her towards the end. I’m pretty good a spotting people by their voices alone, and this is definatly not Keyshia Cole. I don’t know who this is.

I so agree. I can see why some ppl have said she is similar to Mary J. Those are the two artists I have been listening to for the past month.
I can understand why some ppl don’t like her b/c I was one of those ppl. When I saw her series I got to see where she came from. You’re not going to be a sweet, mild mannered person if you went through difficulties throughout your life. I personally don’t understand tatoos but it seems that most of the women/girls that have them come from a similar background. There are other things about her that I am not into but I respect her for being real. She’s not putting on any facades. What you see is what you get.
I know she and Mary don’t hit high notes like Christina but I’ll pay my money to see them over Christina any day.
