Jay-Z presented his “Jay-Z blue” hued Denali at the GM show this weekend (see more pics from a previous post). I know yall remember when he rhymed “Attract money my worst color is light green/my favorite hue is Jay-Z blue…” in the “Go Crazy” remix. He is doing the damn thing.
Laurence Fishburne, Gina Torres Expecting
People Magazine is reporting that, Laurence Fishburne, 45, and his wife Gina Torres, 37, are expecting their first child together. The couple was married in 2002 and this will be Fishburne’s 3rd child. He had two from a previous marriage.

@ 20 I loved the Pursuit of Happynes and I love Will Smith but If you haven’t seen the Last King of Scottland you need to see it. Will Smith aint got nothing on Forest Whitaker in that movie. Forest was so evil in that movie that you really hate him.He put his foot, elbow, ass,ear, and everthing else into that role. I think it was his best if not on of his best performances.

I really hope that J-Hud pulls a Jamie Foxx and sweeps the award sesaon. Her performance was strong and she deserves the hype.
What sucks is that we are so saturated with the image of bony ass blondes that when we see a thick sista get some attention even WE want to doubt it. But Jennifer is the real deal.
It seems that more and more of us are getting nods for our performances, that is good it shows that some progress is being made and it proves that when we are given a chance at a complex character, we can do the damn thing.
I hope Forrest gets some wins because he is been underrrated for sooo long. I’m nervous because DiCaprio and Pitt are getting some hype for their work. I hope that Hunsou wins too because he is a gifted actor, Eddie also did his best work in Dreamgirls. Will Smith is a committed actor but I feel that he has the same wooden quality as an actor like Tom Cruise and Julia Roberts. He acts, but doesn’t feel. But the Pursuit of Happiness is the best he is going to get so he may pull an award just for that just like Julia Roberts did in Erin Brockovich for the same reason.
