Tyra Banks channels Audrey Hepburn in the latest issue of Vanity Fair. Its nice to see her in pictures that are not severly airbrushed, but of her course none of pictures she take are ever airbrushed.
Anyway, Tyra speaks on so mnay things in the issue…as always. She confesses she is single and worth 18 million dollars (yet she’s ashamed to tell people that…HA), how Oprah is her “mama”, and how she use to invite ANTM contestants over her apartment for “girl time” during the seasons.
She really does look pretty.
I have always liked Tyra’s charisma she can model her ass off.However, I am starting to grow bored of her ANTM show now it is getting so corny now and predictable.I also am not feeling her talk show.But, she is an ambitious Sag like myself and doing her thing so I can’t knock her for that.

Big ups to Tyra. I can honestly saw I used to not like her. I didnt like her…her forehead…nothing. I dont even know the reason why I didnt, I was just turned off by her somehow. Ever since ANTM I truly like her now and thinks she is a positive example for anyone ambitious. 18 Mil is a lot considering that models don’t make that much money. You gotta understand that usually celebs get the big money advertising campaigns for clothing while models get paid whatever modeling rate is proposed. Celebs get the big money contracts because they have the fame to back up their face and even then its not really a lot of money. A select few supermodels have more cash than Tyra because they were working before Tyra and still working today, but in the long run Tyra will come on top with her production company.
I don’t think that UPN/CW is playing Tyra though. Hate it or love it, the ANTM show has singlehandedly saved UPN. But, its only been on for four years and only cycle 1 has been put out on DVD. I don’t think the first cycle did well on dvd neither. But I think she will easily triple her net worth within the next five years with the success of her talk show and her reality show.
Her hosting skills may not be the best, but at least she is trying to be animated. She is not afraid to make a fool of herself, as we seen many times. I just want to know what this crazy heffa is going to go undercover as next.
The best move she can make is pullin an Oprah and completely and soley owning her own production company. I think she still has a business partner or two with their hands in the cookie jar. When she is the sole owner, Tyra will really make BANK.
