This is so sad, I wonder if she had an overdose.

I feel SOOOOO bad for the baby.

I think losing her son really took her over the edge!!! And now the poor baby girl will be in such turmoil because of the paternity suit!!

They both changed their names to be more known in the business, they both died while at home-Marilyn her own, Anna in a hotel. Honestly my main concern is the welfare of the child, b/c I just received custody of my 2 sisters and my mom died 2 years ago.

You never how people/family will act or operate after some one dies. You like to think that no one would take advantage but me and my 2 sisters learned the hard way.

I don’t trust that diet pill at all. I was taking those pills and didn’t know i was pregnant next thing i knew i was having chills, shaking, and hallucinating like crazy. My husband had to carry me to the bed. You know what, after that episode, I had a misscarage. Take my advice DON’T TAKE THAT SHIT!!!

Its too much of a coincidence that both her and her son died with in 5 months. I think it was the drugs. The news says she was traveling with a nurse so she must have been feeling ill lately. 1) A DNA test will be given to that child to determine the father.

2)The courts have not finished litigation about the money she is suppose to receive from her dead husband (some half a BILLION dollars).

3) If her lawyer and “husband” aint the daddy and his name is not in the will to receive the money, he will not come out ok. Their marriage was not legal, so therefore it CANNOT be recognized in court other than domestic partner (which is not the same) The only problem is, he was controlling anna (because she did not have much sense) and probably has control over the power of attorney.

4)Bottom line- DNA doesn’t lie, and if that test comes back and shows who the father is, that is who will control the purse strings!!!!!

First and foremost I would like to say thank you ConcreteLoopers for showing compassion for this woman. I was expecting some of the residents to act a fool…boy was I plesantly surprised to see that even though she was a trainwreck, she was adored by people of all colors, no matter how essentric she was.

I was speechless because like many of you said, she was crying out for help but I don’t think she felt she had a place to turn. When the media is all in your face 24/7 and you have problems, alot of people don’t know how to react and this is what happens. Not to mention she had leeches all around, steering her into wrong decisions constantly.

I hope her daughter has the chance to have a NORMAL L.I.F.E. and ralize that her mother was a decent human being.

aww, my mom told me about her over the phone, its so sad man, i feel very sorry for her baby whos gonna grow up wit out its mom.

I read half of the post on here, suprisingly a lot of folks with the exception of a few have sympathy for this situation! More sympathy than TMZ posters(they are vicious). The whole situation is sad from beginning to end! No matter how she lived her life, its really no worse than someone your know or even your own life. Difference is she was in the public eye. Not everyone lives as wild as ANS, some live even wilder lives while others may be a little more on the wide and crooked path. At the end of the day no matter how anyone lives their life, when its time for judgement, we all will be standing in the proverbial line waiting for our judgement to be handed down to us just as it is for ANS! Although many speculate drug overdose, it was definitely spurred by the stress in her life! All of the money in the world is not worth that. I find myself stressing over small things way too often. I think stress played a big role in Anna’s passing. Losing her son was a huge blow because even watching her show on E! of them together, you could tell that he was her heart. On top of that, the constant media scrutiny after his death of how he died, the whole paternity thing, her being named in the class action suit for Trimspa, the whole J Howard Marshall estate lawsuit….there’s only so much a person can take. Anyway, I really do hope Anna is at peace now. I hope when all the dust settles, whoever is found to be Danilynn’s biological father, puts her best interests at heart.

This news was LATE for me, because I had just moved and my television had not been on for a few days. I happen to hear it the early morning after the day she was pronounced dead on the radio. SAD story & SHOCKING! But not “surprising”.

I saw her mom when she was interviewed on the Dr.Keith Ablow show some months back, shortly after her grandson Daniel had passed away of a…”drug overdose”. Her mom was basically pleading for HELP on national TV! She sensed her daughter was in danger & on some heavy drugs. She also insisted that Howard K. Stern played a HUGE part in it all & wasn’t doing much at all to help the situation. Including turning Anna against her and her husband.

I have had a funny feeling about this “Lawyer/friend” Howard K. Stern since “The Anna Nicole Show” first aired on VH1. He always had this weird disposition about him, never was about having “FUN” & seemed to always have the stick up his ass throughout the episodes (claiming to have Annas best interest at heart-by protecting her). I often wondered what his purpose was in her circle of friends. She was noted as a FUN Loving individual & unfortuantely opened her heart & house to the worong one with him.

Everything plays out against him–once Anna loses the weight & becomes the center of attention again. TRIMSPA, photo shoots, runway jobs, interviews, magazine covers, playboy comes back into her life, she gets a new Boyfreind & love interest, gets pregnant–top that with the past success of her TV show, & the MARSHALL case continuing in court & she is a MILLION DOLLAR baby herself!

Then by the time she gives birth her boyfriend is no longer in the picture, Howard claims the child as his, Annas son DIES 3 days after the birth of his sister, Howard Marries Anna…ex boyfriend wants DNA test done from Anna & the child, 5 months later Anna is now dead? hmmmmmmmm—So Howard K. Stern succeeded in turning Anna against her Biological family, ex boyfriend, her son has died of an “OVERDOSE”, and now Anna apparantly has Died similarly to her son? It sounds like a MONEY issue to me! He is not taking the DNA test because he knows he is not the biological dad.

I am on Annas Mothers side, because when I heard of her death I too was afraid for the safety of the baby. Wher the hell was Howard when she passed out in the hotel room? How is it that he is up her ass all of these years & during the time she needed him probably the most…he is not around?
