@ 138- first of all, when was she performing on broadway? that’s never been mentioned so i’d like to know where you got that from.

second, it doesn’t take a genius to realize that bey has had better formal training than jenn. just b/c jenn’s been singing since she was younger means nothing and singing at funeral homes isn’t a big deal either especially when your family owns the home (her family owned that funeral home). i mean i have friends who sing at places but they’ve never actually had formal training and a lot of them have been singing since they were kids too. i’m not saying she has had no training but bey has more money to afford better trainers which is why she decided to be classically-trained while jenn still needs to get a hold of great coaches. imo i think jenn, who has a 5-octave range while bey has a 4 octave range, has more raw talent

Jennifer is going to win that oscar. The angles the photographer used makes her face look unflattering. We all know she takes better pictures.

These photos do look a lot better, in my opinion, than the ones in Vogue.

Please stop hating on J-Hud. She hasn’t hurt anyone. She deserves her current and future success. Just be happy for her! She can SANG and she acted the hell out of that DreamGirls role. Who cares about what white people think about J-Hud? It is great that they are accepting of her, but I think African-Americans acceptance of her means more. I am glad J-Hud is doing good. She does sing better than Fantsaia. It was her look that kept her from winning. Look at her now she lost a lot of weight and doing good. She palayed that role good in Dreamgirls.She deserves every bit of her fame right now.

Jennifer Hudson’s face is so adorable..she’s pretty and from what i can see she’s not so overly made up that you wouldn’t know who she was without the make up. Plus, she can sing. Her part in Dreamgirls brought tears to my eyes and IMO she was not that far behind Jennifer Holiday.

You guys I went to see Fantasia in the CLor Purple in New Yor, and I am sayaing that to sat this. Upon seeing her in the play and to see her doing such an amazing job, right then I cried and I promised God and myself I am no longer going to buy inot anymore of the media hype. Fantasia as well as others may not be the shooting star that Jennifer Hudson is but there are many rising stars which Fantasia happens to be> I’m a little older than maybe some of you but I am going to stick with the rising stars.
