If you were like me and was wondering why Jennifer Hudson was rocking that crazy looking jacket piece at the Oscars, then you will be glad to know that it’s all Andre Leon Talley’s fault.

Here is what PAGE SIX is reporting:

Jennifer was kind of sponsored by Talley and Vogue,” said one fashionista. “Andre insisted she wear that hideous Oscar de la Renta dress with the awful, awful gold python bolero.

“Jennifer really didn’t want to, and so [noted stylist] Jessica Paster got her a beautiful gold Roberto Cavalli custom-made. But when Andre found out, he went ballistic. Moments before she left for the show, there was a power struggle and Jennifer ended up putting his outfit on.”

Whatever the case, I’m just happy for her. Now let’s see how this album is going to do.

EDDIE THE SORE LOSER

Looks like our boy Eddie Murphy had a little attitude after he didn’t win in the Best Supporting Actor category. Word is, Eddie acted like a sore loser when he didn’t get the Best Supporting Actor prize for “Dreamgirls.”

Murphy and girlfriend, Tracey Edmonds, left their seats at the Kodak Theatre and ditched the gala. He also didn’t bother showing at any of the Oscar parties. “He was furious and just went home,” a source said.
