Courtney Vance is very lucky to have a lady like that. Just the fact that she has married and stayed married to her husband shows you the type of integrity she has. Their marriage has probably cost her an Oscar or two, 3 or so more nominations, and Lord knows how many “high profile” film roles. She could’ve divorced him and said that he wasn’t “on her level” like half of these black actresses. She could’ve become a lesbian or got her a “good white man” like the other half, lol. She could’ve let herself get her back blown out on camera for an Oscar like Halle Berry did. Instead she has kept her integrity and it shows in the way her face shines.
I love Angel, she just exudes such class, sophistication, and grace. I think Courtney is a perfect match for her they both seem so in tuned with another…pure and genuine love. Alexis is just so blah to me.
