Will Kelly Rowland’s album ever be released? That’s the question we all have been asking for the past year and a half. First, it was pushed back so Beyonce could release the garbage that was “B’Day” and now I hear it’s going to be pushed back for Solange’s wack-ass debut album.

Kelly’s album is once again being pushed back but this time to make room for the re-release of Solange’s “Solo Star” which is due to hit stores in April. Some speculated that a new single and album would be imminent after Columbia posted a link to a single on their site but the link is now gone as is any official date as to when Kelly’s album may actually be coming out.

Solo Star was re-released in like December or something… where is this coming from? It had a song with Beyonce on there and they had this big deal about it in Walmart!
This sounds like a bunch of bullshe-it anyway, why would they RE-release a 3 year old album that only sold 60,000 copies the FIRST time unless they are trying to get her out of a contract that required a certain number of albums and the re-release would count as another one since she don’t have enough songs to put out a “hits” album.

Kelly really needs to wake up and realize the Knowles sisters will always be a priority to Matthew. I know they have done a lot for her but she is a grown woman and business is business. I heard she went back in the studio to record some upbeat tracks but how long could that take? Do they really have to play her to the left, to the left? I purchased Solange’s first CD. It wasn’t terrible but it was bubble gum. She was a lot younger at the time but now that she’s a mother and supposedly married, i’m hoping she will have some decent material this time. I can’t wait to see how thie plays out with the sisters competing because I doubt Beyonce will step aside to let her sister shine.
