At first, I was ok with the album delay when they made Kelly go into the studio to re-record. Not going to lie, I had a copy of that album and it was QUITE wack; she needed to redo just about every song on it. But Kelly’s been done dirty since the very beginning, so I don’t know how this is any shock to anyone. Too much time is going by and there seems to be zero results. If they keep waiting by the time they get around to releasing an album nobody will care about it. This industry is becoming saturated with R&B chicks, Kelly better release that album was she still has some clout left from the success of Destiny’s Child.

Solo Star was re-released in November. She is releasing a new CD this year. Either way they should have released Kelly first. Then again her first CD wasn’t that hot either so I wont expect too much from this one. Its a shame though because she is a beautiful girl and talented. Such a waste.
