Also I got the CD late but it wasn’t as bad as some people said it was. Almost every song could be a single. How many other artist can do that? NONE….

I actually like both videos, the concept for Beautiful Liar is different, although it really does not work with the song. UPGRADE U is SICK, that is my fave song on BDAY, and I am curious as to what the other videos from the Video Anthology are like. You can say whatever you want about Beyonce, but she does make some good videos ( except for Deja Vu.). I don’t think I will buy the re-release, but I do like the videos.

But the truth is that Shakira came out with her video for “Whenever Wherever” in 2001 and blew JLo and everybody else out the water. Bee was still with DC and didn’t release her first solo effort until 2003. When Dangerously In Love did come out, Bee was coming for JLo (remember she hired JLo’s stylist and all that…) and you could see Shakira’s swagger in the “Baby Boy” video and a little bit in the “Crazy In Love” video. And yes, Bee has since come out and said that she admires Shakira. It shows! Big ups to both of them though. They are both sizzling in the video. The song is aiight but the girls are FIYAH!
Oh yeah, there’s no digital enhancing. They’re both dancing but they switch places between the edits to dazzle you with the whole “twin” thing. Both girls are very talented and very hot in the video even if the song is kinda lame.
