Ive had Nicole’s Steam song since early October. I thought it was tight when I got it. I just got Ashanti’s early Jan. and love it!
Although I must admit I never realized the beats were identical. I bump’d Steam for a couple weeks and feel it would only do well in the clubs and would give it a 7.5/10 and Ashanti Im still bumpin and would give it a 8.5/10 and think it’s perfect for radio.

I have to agree with #125. I listened to both songs. I’m not crazy about either one, but I will say this…Ashanti’s lack of singing ability distracted me from a totally good track. Nicole’s song isn’t that much better, but Nicole can sing circles around Ashanti. I’m not mad at her fans for taking up for her though, Ashanti is getting better as a singer. All the backlash from everyone has made her double up on the vocal coaches.
