The emphasis on other aspects of life (eg.tribal culture, tribal warfare, thinking only of the individual as opposed to the community) has prevented Africa from coming up. That is why I am glad that there are people like you & who recognise where the real blame lies and can hopefully work towards a solution. I might not personally know all the answers but those who wish to take me up on this issue should do their research & hopefully learn even more for themselves.
