I Love Lauryn. the “MISEDUCATION…” album made me laugh, cry, and feel love. That album is a classic. Whenever celebs do something out of the hollywood norm, the public tears them down. She record a beautiful sound called “Selah” named for her daughter ( I would argue it is her best work to date). She has done 2 extensive European tours. She also did a European tour with the Fugees. What I know is, Lauren came to us with all she was and we received her. Still wanting more, matter of fact. It appears that we love her conditionally and that we resent the fact that she refuses to be the Lauren we want. Now that she’s doing her own thing, coming to her own understanding in her own way and time, we don’t like it - more to the point, we hate it so much that we’re hating on Lauren, the one we professed to love.

For crying out loud Lauryn has always been skinny even during her pregnancies. Some of the negative comments on this blog are over-exaggerated. Her face still looks the same she has not lost her looks, she does not look anywhere near crazy, most people dress the way she has when they take long hour flights. I am sick and tired of people who are obsessed with being superficial how do we know that she did not want to be recognised or she was on the plane for more than 12 hours. I mean really people these pictures were not taken on a TV show or a concert; therefore she did not need makeup or a designer outfit to impress. Love her much still awaiting for a masterpiece album.

These horrible comments is why Lauryn left the scene. She didn’t want to try to fit into this fake wanna be mold hence vivica. Looking like a fake hot mess. Lauryn is raising her children and chillin. Maybe if people weren’t so critical of her we could all be blessed with another album by her. I think everytime she tries to make a come back judgements and the media scare her away. Let her be!!!
