Don’t ask me why, but I was randomly going through the Tyra Show website and came across a link to “Tyra’s Journals.” I clicked on “My Close Friend Kimora” and this pic popped up. Anyway here is what Tyra Banks had to say about her pal, Kimora:
Simmons was a good friend of mine. Friends ask me how the “Queen of Cheap” (me) can be friends with the “Queen of Fabulousity” (Kimora)! Let me tell you, Miss Fabulousity wasn’t always so fabulous. I met Kimora while modeling in Europe when I was 18 years old. I can honestly say I heard her before I saw her. She was a rail-thin, bushy haired, gawky 17 year-old and, oh yeah, she was LOUD.
While she may have been loud and outspoken, I saw a sweet innocence underneath that bigger-than-life exterior. I saw a girl who was loyal, supportative, and comforting to the people she loves. I saw girl who was a fashion icon, yet still a vulnerable baby, in a 6-Foot frame..

Tyra Banks has never had a nose job..but I think Kimora has. I think wide noses are cute…as long as it aint as wide as Patti Labelle’s was pre-surgery. Dionna Warwick had a hell of a nose too..but that’s called a birth defect..not ethnic…lol

Tyra is a hater. She’s a nice/nasty person. Tyra’s bitter because she’s old and lonely. Although, Kimora’s marraige is on the rocks, she’s still walking away with her most prized possessions…..her children. On the other hand, Tyra wishes she had a man and children. She’s pissed because she has fat ass thighs and no kids to blame them on!

I don’t think Tyra got an nose job. That was like 20 years ago. People do change. Her face has gotten fatter for one. And people are known to grow into their noses. But it’s clear that Kamora has gotten a lot of stuff done.

That picture is photoshopped.That pic along with the few she did for a shoot with FHM magazine which photoshopped her so bad she looked like a man are the ONLY ones that have her nose looking flat and wide.There are thousands of photos from every stage in her career from begining to present that show other wise. Her nose is small and fairly straight even in the few childhood photos I’ve seen of her. Everyone else in her family has a straight noses with pronounced bridges.
Maybe she got the same kind of nose as them and didn’t have surgery.Is that so hard to believe?
And Tyra did look cute in her photo I never said she didn’t.

Is it me or does Tyra love to remind everyone that she was a model at 18? On every show and topic… does she still need to do that? No matter what the topic is,she’ll work that in somehow… gangs: “when I was 17 in Milan andi i was modeling, a gang tried to jump me in.” Orange juice: “when I was 17 doin’ shows in Europe, you know modeling, orange juice was a must.”….. I’m just sayin’, watch the show and count all the when I’s and I used to… girl we know!!! hahahaha

Most of us are a ‘Walking Contradiction’ and have been brainwashed by anglos in America to a certain extent. Most of us black woman wear relaxers (which changes our hair from its natural state). Many of us wear weaves down to our asses, plastic surgery, etc. I agree that it can and has gotten out of hand. But it’s funny how everyone is talking about how much better Tyra and Kimora looked before but at the same token will pick and tear apart a person for there god-given wide nose, hips, and ass.

Even though Tyra and Kimora both bug me, they both were pretty pre- nose jobs and they are STILL pretty post nose jobs. I”M SURE their nose jobs have helped them! If you are not in the entertainment industry, then you don’t understand. It is a LOOKS ONLY type of industry (Talent-SECONDARY!) They did what they had to do to better their careers. If people weren’t so caught up on skin tones, eye color nose size, etc. Then it would not influence people to get plastic surgery. But they did what they wanted to do. It’s their OWN business. But what bugs me, is that Halle Berry stated black women should not get plastic surgery, when she her self has a nose job! Maybe Halle Berry should shut her mouth while she’s ahead!
