Polow Da Don has knocked out several hits this year, from artists like Ciara and Kelis, but now it’s time for him to get back to his rap roots. Although you may not think you know who Polow is now, besides his productions, you may be familiar with Jim Crow, a rap group that released a couple albums in early 2000. Polow, who is becoming increasingly well-known as a producer, has a new label, Zone 4, Inc. through Interscope, where he has launched his first artist, Rich Boy. Sometime last year, Rich Boy released his club and car anthem, “Throw Some D’s,” and although it took a while for it to catch on, folks can be seen tearing the club up and hitting the streets to the knocker. Today, Tuesday, March 13th, marks the release date of Rich Boy’s debut album.

well i decided to listen to “good things” first because my girl keri hilson was on it and i have to say the only reason i listened past 10 seconds was to hear keri’s part. otherwise, don’t like it. smh@ the intro to role models. kind of true thought for many artists out now. people are blaming them for the behavior of their kids, when most of these artists are grown and can do w/e it is they choose, and if your child just so happens to adapt them as a role model they can’t help that. should they change the way they do things just so your child doesn’t imitate them? anywayz, i gotta little off topic.all i’m gonna say on the album is that he has a couple good beats and that’s it (in my opinion).
