Radio station Hot 99.5 in Washington D.C had a bright idea of raising $19,150.00 to release Bobby from jail for child support payments:
Jailed Booby Bobby Brown has gotten a child support offer from a radio show; Washington DC’s Hot 99.5.
The radio’s morning guy, Kane, said, “We have $19,150 to give to Bobby Brown to pay for the child support he owes… We’re willing to do this in return for him hanging out with us for a week and helping out with the community.”
On Monday, Brown was ordered to stay in a county jail until he pays $19,000 in late child support and court fees. He remains there as of today..
Well Bobby, who desperately needed the money said yes of course so, expect to hear him cooning out for a week in D.C. Boy this will brighten up my morning.

Word is, Bobby is not coming to DC. After Hot 99.5 raised 19 G’s for him, he is going to leave them hanging..

The real problem is Bobby Brown is clowning himself.
This isn’t the first time he has had problems with his child support, he has had a history of negligence, and the worst part is, he is choosing to neglect HIS children.
I understand, applaud and agree with Black folks uplifting and aupporting one another, but this Black Man is not even supporting his own children. It’s not about his being Black, it’s about his being irresponsible.
Bobby Brown has been blessed with more opportunities than most, there is no excuse. The help needs to be afforded to his children not him.
A better idea would have been to give the $$$ to his children, maybe start a scholarship fund for them.

I heard the whole interview this morning while driving to work and B. Brown is foul. The radio show paid the back child support and said that they planned on having Bobby come and do some good in the community here in DC to help clean up his image and to stop having people say the negative things they have been saying. Bobby got all defensive and said people needed to just mind their business. Then when Kane(the host) told him he was just trying to help B.B. hung up on him. Now the show is trying to get the money back to help regular folk who are behind on child support or are strugglin’ to pay it, which I think is commendable. Bobby Brown is a BAMA!!!!!!!!!!
