Radio station Hot 99.5 in Washington D.C had a bright idea of raising $19,150.00 to release Bobby from jail for child support payments:
Jailed Booby Bobby Brown has gotten a child support offer from a radio show; Washington DC’s Hot 99.5.
The radio’s morning guy, Kane, said, “We have $19,150 to give to Bobby Brown to pay for the child support he owes… We’re willing to do this in return for him hanging out with us for a week and helping out with the community.”
On Monday, Brown was ordered to stay in a county jail until he pays $19,000 in late child support and court fees. He remains there as of today..
Well Bobby, who desperately needed the money said yes of course so, expect to hear him cooning out for a week in D.C. Boy this will brighten up my morning.

Word is, Bobby is not coming to DC. After Hot 99.5 raised 19 G’s for him, he is going to leave them hanging..
Hot 99.5 and Bobby Brown’s Attorney have mutually decided that this wasn’t in their best interest and Bobby’s attorney has agreed to return the money to Hot 99.5.
We thought we clearly communicated to Bobby our intentions, but once we had him on the air this morning it was clear that we were not on the same page," said Kane. "At this point, we feel that there are better things we can do with the money locally and we’ll use this weekend to figure out how we’d like to use the money. We’ll take suggestions from listeners on Monday.

To be honest I do feel bad for Bobby B only because the young children he has. These kids read and hear what the “media” & public say about him. To be arrested at your daughters cheerleading competition for back child support, THAT’S ROUGH. The only person that can help Bobby is BOBBY. When he’s ready for help he’ll get it. That’s about as bad as when this girl at my former church KEPT having babies. The ladies of the church threw her a shower, and this was for the THIRD baby! My friend asked if I was going. I told her NO!! That girl knew what caused those babies after the first one, so she was getting NOTHING from me! I said all that to say this: there comes a point when adults need to take responsibility for their actions, and enabling them to continue their type of destructive behavior does them no good! This goes to show that sometimes when you try and help somebody they turn right around and slap u in the face!!!! This was a sad situation and the crew of Hot 99.5 did not deserve this.
