Looks like dumb-ass Michael Strahan is trying to back out of paying all that money he owes his ex-wife, Jean Strahan.
I’m sure you all remember how he lost over 15 million bucks because he signed a pre-nuptial agreement that entitled his wife to 50% of their joint martial assets, not to mention 20% of his yearly income from each year they were married.
I guess losing all that money is starting to take a toll on him, so he is trying not to pay out the remaining 6.5 million that he owes Jean.
Superior Court Judge James Convery called Strahan’s request to keep his money until he appealed the award “unconscionable” and said his failure to make payment by Feb. 1 was “an act of bad faith.”
Micheal has until March 30th to pay the 6.5 million or I’m assuming he will be put in jail.
