SHe sounds pretty good for a 16 year old that has yet to have any vocal training. I think she did a good job. Not many 16 year olds have that kind of control with their voice without taking any vocal lessons. Not perfect but pretty good.

Wrong song choice, she has no range to even pull it off. I do like her break down ability, the way a lot of singers jaw moves when they are breaking down a note, imo she has that! It was horrible though when she was REACHING for them higher notes, the performance was very boring too.
