Regardless if Bee can’t blow Whitney or Mariah away, think of all the artist out there that should never even sing live! Instead of saying, well she can’t sing better than so and so, say, at least she is an actual singer since so many girls get deals off looks and less than stellar voices(Cassie). You hate how she completely switched things up and did mostly uptempos. But if she made another album like Dangerously In Love, you’d say “she stays the same. She doesn’t evolve like a good artist. This formula is tired out.”
The reason why she’s so exposed is because you people with no life have nothing better to do but spectulate every time she does or doesn’t do something.
To my knowledge, “Freakum Dress” is not going to radio or being released on video channels. Why would she do that when “Beautiful Liar” and “Upgrade U” are still playing. You just want to say that she’s trying to steal the spotlight from Kelly. Which is totally not true. By the time Kelly’s album is ready to go, June 26th, then this B’Day will be over and Kelly will shine. Plus, “Like This” is only the teaser single to my knowledge. I think she is releasing a song called “Ghetto” before the album’s release.
I don’t see how she could be jacking J.Lo’s style, because Jennifer was just a combination of tons of other women to begin with. Also, I don’t see how she’s jacking Mariah. started watching the flaws and all vid but couldn’t take it. every shot was of her. if the song is for Jay she should have shown them playing around together or her fav photos of them not 4,5, whatever minutes of her making faces @ the camera. the concept is cute but it’s tiring and boring. plus she should have gone au natural, no weave or makeup. that would’ve been more natural and she would’ve gained more fans that way (they would think she was more real). it was pretty though but i prefer green light. robert palmer’s vid was creative and since her vid mirrors his, it should look good too
