You COONTABULOUS living fool. This is pretty sick and simple-minded to say the least:
WATAUGA, Texas — A 17-year-old faces a felony charge of injury to a child after police found a videotape that appears to show him and another man teaching his 2- and 5-year-old nephews to smoke marijuana, police said.
The video shows two children being taught to smoke marijuana and the men encouraging them to “get high,” police said. A man can be seen placing a marijuana cigarette into a baby’s mouth and, in another part of the video, a different boy is shown smoking on his own.
The bail for Demetris McCoy, 17, was set at $150,000. He remained in jail Friday night, police said. The children have been in the custody of Child Protective Services since last week, a spokeswoman said. READ MORE>>

I heard about this.
& this had to be a situation involving “BLACK FOLKS”. This is such a damn shame. Him & the fool video taping the whole thing probably thought it was funny too.

This is by far some of the most disturbing images I have seen in a while and for the mother to sit there and say she had no idea what was going on???!?!? oh, please… just off the sheer fact that marijuana has a distinct odor …. you would KNOW that something is being smoked in front of your children and you should act accordingly.
I am not too fond of juvies being charged for adult crimes…. their mother should be facing the stiffest penalty… but the 17 year old needs an ass whipping to end all others…..
