The delinquent diva dined and dashed one too many times at the famed Junior’s Restaurant on Flat bush Avenue, according to the owners.
“She comes to Junior’s be cause she likes the food, but she doesn’t want to pay for it!” owner Alan Rosen told The Post yesterday.
On Friday night she walked out on a $53 bill before one of her entourage came back and offered to pay – but managers said, “Look, don’t pay for it, just don’t come back.”
This was after allegedly trying to skip out on a $200 bill on Tuesday, and another bill the week before.
But Rosen said he and his managers have decided to ban her for two reasons: “One, she tries to skip out on checks and, two, she’s not polite.”
“First of all, none of the waiters want to serve her because she’s known for cursing out people, so the [night] manager took her order,” said Stainrod, the daytime boss, who said Foxy’s fave is the strawberry cheesecake.
After ordering fried calamari and an ice cream soda, Brown spilled the drink on herself, then allegedly demanded the restaurant pay to clean her “$2,000 Dolce & Gabbana jacket.”
“She said ‘Get this guy to clean it up, clean it up immediately!’ ” said Stainrod. “The manager told her to take it easy, relax, she started to curse him out, she said ‘F- you.’ ” READ MORE>>>

Im a partime limo driver and my company used to pick up many famous rappers and let me tell you the majority of them are pretty ignorant and impolite. They’re so full of themselves. One tried to get me fired because I wouldnt let him and his entourage smoke pot in my limo. One of his crew even tried to intimidate me. For that reason, I always keep an audio recorder in the car to document. Another had me drive her around for 15 hours and never asked if I needed to eat or use the restroom, while they had me wait outside an exclusive restaurant that wouldnt let me in. I was basically her robot for a day.
