@RNB, it all depends on the situation really. I mean I am the type of person that needs her space. If I say get the f^k out of my face and you don’t, it’s gonna be repercussions and consequences. I don’t like nobody invading my space. So if I was all in 50′s face like that model was and he repeatedly told me to move and I didn’t and as a consequence was thrown in the pool I would not sue him. However, if I’m just walking by him minding my own business and he throws me in the pool….HELL YES I’ll sue.
