Actually, the Nanny Diaries has been pushed back to a September release so it can contend with the award season and other Oscar pictures and be in that race for ’08. So we maybe seeing another singing-actress get an award..

She’s looks stunningly beautiful! Her music is a hit or miss with me sometimes, but as an artist I respect her originality, there is no other artist like her, she is in a category all by herself. Her personality and demeanor are very genuine.
I read an article where she said that she has heard girls say that in high school because they were pretty & had very long hair that they would have alot problems with girls being jealous.
She said she didn’t have those problems because she never acted as if she deserved any special attention or recognition because she felt she was pretty and had long hair. She was a down-to-earth person and people respected her for that.
That’s whats most endearing about Alicia Keyes she remains humble, although she could allow her looks and talent to go to her head she doesn’t.
Now this is one “celeb” that I wish actually personally read these blogs or had their people read them. It is well deserved all the praise she is getting here. Don’t think I have read one negative comment yet. Being a man I can say that sometimes I look at this chick and fall completely in love with her, her entire flair and style.
Couple that with her talent and like someone said, she seems to be VERY conscious about how she presents herself to the public. Alicia Keys is very surely securing her place in musical history as a LASTING artist. She is truly growing right before our very eyes and maturing gracefully in all respects. I AM extremely PROUD OF HER!!

Gurl is really working that outfit! I love me some Alicia Keys! She has an amazing voice and is nothing but a classy and sophisticated woman. She’s someone that you would be star stuck to meet. Alicia has such a humble and down to earth personality, and acts like a sista who has sense. She is one of the realist women in the music industry. I am with all of you, I cannot wait for her album because I already know it’s gonna be fiyahh!
