AMERICA NO LONGER HAS BRANDY
Looks like Brandy is currently out of a job:
TMZ has learned that Brandy has been replaced by Sharon Osbourne as a judge on the upcoming season of “America’s Got Talent.”
While rumors have swirled that Osbourne was in talks with NBC, a well-placed source tells TMZ that the embattled R&B star is officially out — and the rock and roll chatter queen is in. There was wide speculation over Brandy’s role on the talent show following her involvement in a December freeway crash that claimed a woman’s life. The City Attorney has yet to file charges against the “Moesha” star.
No word on if Brandy left the show willingly or if she was fired (which would really suck). Too bad I never really watched the show, I was just happy to see Brandy back on the scene for a minute. Will her career come on back on track after this tragic accident and her goofy brother’s video leaks?

Fantasia set the record straight recently in an interview with the NY Post about the rumors concerning her “learning disabilities”:
“I dropped out of school in the ninth grade, and when I said I had trouble reading, they took it that I couldn’t read at all,” she says. “I knew the basics, but some words that were unfamiliar, I couldn’t figure them out.” However, the “brand-new” Fantasia wants the world to know this: “I’m da bomb now, babe!”
So everyone can quit with the ‘Fantasia is slow’ jokes, they’ve been old for a while now – especially seeing as how she snagged the lead role in ‘The Color Purple’. Tasia can’t be to dumb to turn down a $6.5 million dollar role – making big moves girl.

People, yes the accident was an accicident. However, you have to pay for your mistakes- not to the tune of 50 million though. The fact remains, negligence does not get you a get-off-free card.
I am not a fan of Bama Fanny Mae (or her fried neckbones in lard), but people need to leave her alone about any potential learning disabilities. Unless you are a supporter or advocate for folks with challenges, you need to fall back. That is a unique struggle and more often than not misunderstood- especially when it comes to Black children.
Poor Brandy, that pic of her is horrible. I know she’ll pull through everything though in the end. Tasia better WORK, make that money girl.
