THE POPO OBTAINED A WARRANT TO DO A DRUG RAID AND FOUND ON ONE OF HIS DIGITAL CAMERAS A BUNCH OF PICS W/HIM AND YOUNGER GIRLS AND TOOK IT IN. PROBLEM IS IT CANNOT BE PUT INTO THE TRIAL BECAUSE THEY WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK FOR CONTRABAND ONLY AND THE PICTURES WERE NOT “EASILY ACCESSIBLE”. HAD THE PICS BEEN OUT IN THE OPEN RATHER THAN SAVED ON AN SD CARD IN A CAMERA, THE TRIAL WOULDVE BEEN DONE ALREADY.

ok now at 17 and under, you THINK you know everything at that age, but the truth is you dont. kids at that age are still figuring out who they are as a person and are going through the trial and error phase. yes, they may have had sense enough to know what they are doing, but they are still considered minors for a reason. most people at the age of 18 cant hold down a long term job, get their own place, or do half the ish adults are able to do by the time they are 30. they dont know how to handle their liquor and/or drug use (and some never learn how to either) or their sexual prowess, and the truth is, a teens body is not fully developed until they turn 21 years old. you cannot argue w/science on that one.
