I’ve watched most of the season and the tension is really there. I understand how the California kids feel (being away from home, no real friends, etc). Nonetheless, the constant critiscm of the island kids culture is over-the-top. When placed into a different environment, you must adapt or get left behind.

Both of the girls were wrong and both should be dealt with accordingly. Everyone should accept responsibility for their actions. No one can make you do anything that was not already within you to do, so don’t blame it on the devil, Crystal, etc.

Granted, I don’t like Crystal’s choice of action nor Vanessa’s choice of action. Neither are perfect, but how can you attempt to repair a situation or drift when there is so much duplicity with all cast members.
