If you look at the frame at 5 secs you’ll see a hand starting to go into the truck that looks like it’s going to smack Tina. I don’t think the person was intentionally going to smack Tina but I think the fact that as the girls hand gets into the truck it pulls off leaving it to go nowhere but near or touch Tina’s face. I don’t see a clear smack, it’s not something that’s a big deal. She didn’t get the taste knocked out of her mouth. It does look like Tina is doing some swatting herself.
