Get me mad and then run and tell the pastor at my old church that I said this or that to her. Then he would “throw off” during his sermons on Sunday morning. ( I now attend a new church) She will call my husband and talk about me. (He tells her dont talk about my wife) She will call my kids and say “you know your mama is crazy”. This last time she stole 200 dollars from me! She asked me to pick up some ink (207.49) for the old church. Which I dont mind. But I told her that I needed the money back. I got the ink. She drove 60 miles to my home to pick it up. Then that Monday the pastor’s wife gave her a check in my name. Mama put it in her bank. I told her to give the money to my brother to give to me. She said she gave it to him. WELL GUESS WHAT!!! She did not give him the money! She lied AGAIN! And in between that she asked me for 100 dollars. Came to my home and woke me up to get it and only gave me 50 back! The only way I got the 50 is because I had to lie and say I was broke and needed to go to the doctor. ( I have been sick on/off since december 23) So Meat and my fellow LOOPERS now youu know the rest of the story!!!

it’s hard to watch your parents struggle with their identity in middle age but you guys can get through it.

she’ll eventually adjust.

i dont know you but i want to say that i feel sorry for what you descibed your mother has done to you.

it sounds like alot of pain over money.

money is not the point but i understand where your coming from.

it sounds like a lack of respect.

your grown now but sometimes parents dont know how to let go. they still want to control your life like when you were a little girl.

there may be a deeper problem here.

watch your mother more closely. dont look away now bc this is the oportune time for the devil to take over. since you forgave her in the past, continue to forgive her but seek a relationship with her.

get to the bottom of her ways.

find out why she’s playing petty games for small change.

it might be something more to this.

dont block her out. pick her brain and find out whats going on in her life.

who knows, she might feel like you’ve pushed her to the side for your family. sometimes mothers get that way. she might be turning to something else to feel her voids.

dont turn your back on her.

remember, if it werent for her decision to have you, you wouldnt be here today.

you can never be too loyal to the woman who carried you for 9 months.

this sounds like the devil all the way.

the church can sometimes foster negative behavior bc everybody is so confident that they are doing the “right” thing bc they look like worshippers.

dont let the devil take your family joy.

So if she wants it then she has got to come to me this time. I have been the bigger person and the mom in this relationship since I can remember. I dont “owe” her for having me. Just like my kids don’t “owe” me. I made the choice to have them. My mom made the choice to have me however that does not give her the right to abuse me.
