Kelly Rowland’s new album “Ms. Kelly” is set to hit stores on July 3rd (that is if it isn’t pushed back again), and she is finally getting the cover shine she deserves.
After she got dissed on that VIBE cover, King Mag and Bleu Mag hooked her up. I think Amerie has some competition on the leg game. GO KELLY!
I mean king is ok I guess, but why isn’t she on the cover of Ebony and Essence. I love MJB and Beyonce, but I would like to know more about Kelly! DAMN!! LOL!

about bleu.
Here we are. Bleu. A quarterly magazine focused on delivering to the world a new representation of urban-gay culture. Bleu is a dynamic team of people. We’re in the music industry, fashion, television and publishing. And of course a few assorted misfits who spend rent money on designer clothes and never wait behind velvet ropes. Bleu is a variety of things and types of people, all of whom are absolutely fabulous!
Our hope with this publication is that after reading every issue, you feel empowered, renewed and ready to step out in those fresh Nikes (or high-top Prada’s). Too often, we get bogged down in all these labels; banjee, butch, DL, versatile, top, bi-curious, same-gender-loving, dominant bottom, faggot. With Bleu, we can just be ourselves.
We’re not ashamed – we’re stars! We realized there were no models of normalcy for us — on TV and movies and other media, we’re either pictured as flaming queens or the DL homothug with the detachable gun-toting posse. But we’re so much more than that. We’re fathers, sons, cousins, uncles and most importantly, brothers. Despite everybody’s attempts to marginalize and seperate us, we’re united. And informed. And optomistic. Bleu is rock climbing in Puerto Rico and getting hyphy in the club. Bleu is kids that vogue and dudes that play basketball in the park. Bleu appreciates Jay-Z, loves Nancy Wilson and even dances to Beenie Man. Mean spirited, homophobic attacks won’t stop our stunting. We fight back.
When you view the world from the Bleu lens, our predicament is a blessing, not a burden. Without us, women with bad hair would parade around America’s malls unnoticed, and buttoned-down straight people across red and blue states would never know the heights of our creativity. They’d never delight in Sylvester, understand James Cleveland, read James Baldwin, or get aroused by the flamboyance of a number of athletes. We’re not getting preachy. We’re grooving more under the disco ball until the last song plays, and then requesting one more. We’re celebrating people like Keith Boykin, who prove that the words “fabulous” and “activist” don’t have to be exclusive terms.
So here we are. Bleu. We’re just getting started, and we look forward to coloring your world.

I love Kelly, and she does look great in these pics but, I really don’t feel she has to do this in order to sell her music… I think she should let her lovely voice and beautiful personality speak for themselves. She will definately go far I just wish she wouldn’t go the same route as the rest of the r&b chicks in the game right now. She is far too talented and too beatiful to conform to the masses… She has a great body but I must say that these types of pics kind of disapoint me… just my opinion.
She looks great! But even with all the promotions she still doesn’t have the buzz that I think she will need for the monster comeback she is hoping for. I wish her the best.
