CANT LISTEN AT WORK.

I’m sorry. I’m just over Kelly. Everything I’ve heard of hers as a solo album has been weak. The best I’ve heard Ms Kelly on, is Bad Habit, her solo song on “Destiny Fulfilled”. That was one of the stand out tracks IMO on that album.

I loved Mya when she first came out with “It’s All About Me” feat Sisqp back in ‘98, but as of late I have not been feeling her like that. This track I’m listening to, I ain’t really feeling it either.
As far as Kelly I love “Like This” and the other song posted a few weeks ago “ComebacK” but not this track with Joey Crack.

Both of these tracks are weak.I didn’t expect nothing from mya because she say a whole lot of nothing and her voice is not that good she just pretty.And Kelly I hope she makes it solo career wise.

I think that this should have been the first single. Like this is a bit weak, but this song kind of reminds me a an Ameire type feel. Honestly, I am really for Kelly. I’m all about an artist writing their own music and working with new production talent, but damn. i like mya’s song with snoop on it. its a bit different for her which i like. not really interested in kelly. i just have this feeling not much is going to happen for her with the enormous shadow she is standing in. she’s got a nice voice but…..eh just not interested.

I really think that Kelly should have went with “Addicted (Every Thought Is U)” for the second single. That’s been my joint ever since Brian put it up a year ago.

I think Mya and Kelly both need some new management…there is no way that Kelly could have been part of one of the biggest girl groups of all time and move on to be putting out wackness…the whole point of moving on after DC was to grow as an artist…Beyonce has done that, as B-Day has shown growth both musically and artistically, so Kelly needs to step it up…as for Mya, we all know her cd is never gonna come out, and if it does ever see the light of day, all the songs will be leaked months in advance, which would lead to low record sales, which would lead to her being dropped from the label…in order to stop all this, she needs a major overhaul, cuz i for one would love to see Mya back on top.

I’m not sure about Kelly’s new song. I see where she was coming from as far as putting upbeat songs on her album, but her voice is suited more for ballads and midtempos. “Comeback” and “Like This” are songs that seem to be more filler than hits. If she really wants to sell, she needs to release “Still In Love With My Ex”, because its a song people can relate to and it has the potential to be the hit that she is looking for.
