NEW MUSIC FROM KELLY ROWLAND & MYA

With all these new tracks leaking from Kelly’s album, I’m actually starting to believe that “Ms. Kelly” is going to be released. This new song, “Work (Put It In)” was originally slated for the first single, according to the Music World site, but I guess they though that “Like This” would have been a better hit, and I kind of agree, even though it took me a while to get into it. It has been said that Solange wrote on this song, and I had no idea, at first, that it featured Fat Joe. I don’t think he adds much to the son. I’m not quite sold of “Work (Put It In)” but perhaps it will grow on me, just like “Like This” did. Let me know what you think of this in comparison to Kelly’s other material.

I’m really trying hard to see what direction Mya is going on this new album, but I don’t know. “Lock U Down” was so soft, sweet and cute, but this song is the complete opposite. It’s talking about haters (which Mya is known to talk about), and just a whole bunch of other stuff. I love the beat of the song, but the production as well as the content sound like something Mya’s done on either “Moodring,” “Fear of Flying” or her first album. I just don’t know, I am really trying to like her, but I don’t see any progression with Mya. She’s a beautiful girl and a wonderful dancer, but for me, it doesn’t go much further than that.

I’ve always admired Kelly more than Beyonce. Don’t get me wrong I like Beyonce but Kelly looks more down to earth and I like that about me. She got a beautiful voice that I love. I’m going to cop her new album when it drops on July 3 I’m sure it going to be great.

Mya’s song was straight Poo-Poo.
I tried to work and listen to Kelly song twice but still can’t remember what the song sounded like or what it’s about. So basing my judgement on how the song didn’t even catch my attention…I would have to say Kelly’s $hit is wack too.

I tried both of the link on the blog to hear this new joint of Kelly and the file cannot be found… I heard some of the songs on her album and I liiiiiiiiike it is niiiiiiiiiice.. she gonna do her darn thang… July 3 is her day… you can get jumpstart on the album ya know get ya pre order in at the link below…

Kelly Rowland needs to release “The Show” as the next single. It needs a video and she needs to learn how to be sexy without being corny. Shes too innocent. The album is called MS KELLY its suppose to be sassy like Monica’s Ms. Thang but instead shes talking about how blessed she is, crossing her hands looking like a debutante rather than a fiesty entertainer. She needs to give us some FIERCENESS because she is a boring performer thus far. What happened to all that energy from Destinys Child? She’s got a lil fiestyness in her music, but it fades away when she steps on stage.

Mya’s song “Riding” is amazing. She really has developed her voice into a womanly, complex force to be reckoned with. To hell with what you all say, she sounds good in Riding and it definately stands out. But its not a powerful enough song to carry the album as the second single. I dont know what that “Lock u Down” mess was. It sounded like a nickalodean song. With 2 weak singles one of which is irrelevant (lock u down) (according to billboard), how is she still releasing an album in dec? Anyone heard WALKA NOT A TALKA? Now that shoulda been the FIRST single. If it were released then she would not be in the state shes in now. She woulda been up on the VMA’s!!!
