People knew her and still remember her from her group and after they fell off she started dating him and that was before he truly blew up. In fact I’m sure that since she was already ”in the game” at the beginning of their relationship, she probably introduced him to some record people and such…so they work together. And I’m glad they try to patch things up and get back together at least they’re not giving up like most people do these days.
