Isnt’t that what parents are for? To teach their kids about what’s wrong with materialism and censor things for them? The problem is our community has too many half assed parents. Too many broken homes from people having kids without any commitments. It starts with community. The entertainment industry is full of sex. Sex sells, don’t try and blame it all on the hip hop industry.

I heard the song and it’s not going to be as big as everyone involved with putting the record out thinks. It’s kinda lame….much like the first single. I personally think T.I. should have taken a break. He was on a roll. But I think every artist who releases multiple albums in short amounts of time needs to know when to TAKE A BREAK. Yes I mentioned Wrecks N Effects, but there was a balance, there was not JUST wrecks N effects. I tried to illustrate that by showing the different genres. Research who were in the top 100 or even 10 Billboard at that time and it was not as sexually charged as it is now, SEX has got too out of control in how accesible it is to our children.

I ABSOULTELY HATE HATE HATE when people use this as an arguement. have you never heard it takes a village to raise a child. Society has fucking great impact on children. Even if you raise a child to the best of your ability, if he goes to school and his peers have “not so attentive” parents that can be a serious influence. Times are alot more worse ecomomically now. Alot of parents are working two jobs to make ends meet. they might always be able to supervise their teenage kids.
