I’m sorry, but I find this song absolutely laughable. All that cheating and lying finally caught up to these boys. Musically, the song sounds like any other song R. Kelly wrote and vocally arranged, but the content is just hilarious. I don’t know who popularized the male-to-male R&B duet, but it’s being done a lot these days. I guess these male R&B artists have finally realized that it’s time to start banding together, considering none of them are doing anything hot, new and innovative. Seriously, R. Kelly, as much as I don’t get him, really knows how to tell a good story. I’ll give him that much. And Usher always puts on a good vocal performance. “Same Girl” is featured on R. Kelly’s new album, “Double Up,” which hits shelves May 29th. Let me know what you guys think…

Yeah Brian, you’re right. None of the “old heads” in R&B are hitting the mark lately. It’s ashame they have to try and come together and do a half as collabo like this one just to try and compete with the “young boys” like Lloyd, Tre Songs, Neyo, Bobby V, and maybe even Omarion.
