Brandy Norwood has been hit with another lawsuit connected to the December car crash that cost her a job as a judge on TV show ”America’s Got Talent.”
Mallory Ham, one of the survivors of the fatal car crash the singer/actress stands accused of causing, has filed suit in Los Angeles, stating Brandy should not have been speeding in her Range Rover on the 405 freeway in California.
In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ.com, Ham states Brandy “recklessly wantonly, unlawfully, and maliciously” operated the car responsible for causing a collision that claimed the life of Awatef Aboudihaj. Ham, who is the third person suing Norwood over the crash, claims she was “severely injured” as a result of the multi-car accident, and is demanding the singer pay her medical bills as well as her legal costs and punitive damages.
Meanwhile, Norwood has responded to a wrongful death suit filed against her as a result of the accident. In her papers, the singer denies allegations against her and calls for a jury trial, so she can face the charges leveled against her [READ MORE].

Allhiphop.com is reporting that Coca-Cola acquired Glacéau, (the makers of vitaminwater) last week and will pay 4.1 Billion dollars for the brand. I am starting to feel sorry for Brandy. These people are trying to take advantage of her status. Being greedy does not win the race and is NOT going to bring the victim back to life. It’s pathetic how desperate others get to make a pretty dollar. I do think that Brandy should pay all medical bills, funeral costs and car damages that resulted from the accident, but other than that, these people are taking this sh*t too far.

50 cent did not own 10% of Glaceau, he has a small stake in his formula 50 vitamin water made by Glaceau. that has total sales of less than 20 million per yr, which after expenses, formula 50 does not even net 5 million for the company let alone 50.

Rapper 50 Cent’s energy drink has given a real boost to his bank balance, for drinks giant Coca-Cola has bought the firm behind it for a whopping 400 million dollars.
Coca-Cola closed the deal on Glaceau, the firm which produces the Vitamin Water range called Formula 50 on Friday, May 25 for 4.1 billion dollars.
And since 50 Cent owns 10 percent of Glaceau, the buy means that he’s just profited by 400 million, reports Contactmusic.
In the meantime, the rapper is getting set to show off his classical skills in a new TV advertisement for the energy drink, when he conducts a symphony orchestra through a rendition of his breakthrough hit, In Da Club.
And, this is not the only sale that is sure to rake in the money for the rapper, for he’s also put his 52 room Connecticut estate up for sale.
Boxer Mike Tyson once owned the mega-mansion that as part of divorce settlement was given to the boxer’s wife, from whom 50 Cent bought it for 4.1 million dollar in 2003.

My addiction to Glaceau Vitamin Water began in 2004 ago during my last year of college. I went to Morgan and they would have to re-stock an entire case every 6 hours..that’s how popular they were on campus. I remember thinking..”I should invest in some stocks”..b/c the company did not have worlwide success then.
For a video production class, I produced a commercial for the vitamin water..and it was excellent..I am going to send it to company..lol

I feel no sympathy for Brandy. Through her actions, a woman is dead and three children are without a mother. Two parents have lost a daughter, etc. We need to start holding these celebs accountable for their actions. She should have been charged with vehicular homicide but since she wasn’t, she has to pay someway and if that’s through her wallet, let it be.
