Thank you for stating my point. There is a difference in experience and culture between someone who is raised in an African culture and someone who is a product of the Black American culture. The man will tell you that he learned how to speak english from watching Video Soul. Not saying he didn’t have his own struggles and challenges, my point was that as a Black American I feel that “The New Black Father” should be someone who is a product of the Black American culture. Black is more than an appearance, it is a culture.
