Alot of people want the ole Eve back, but I feel like at this point in her career, after having her show and making hits with Gwen…I can see her doing a song and video like this. I didn’t care much for the song until I saw this video. A great visual concept makes a huge difference.

shes dooing something different and from Melinda this is what i expected, she really focuses on details like jewelries and makeup and lipstick i guess cuz shes a girl duh! cuz she did Beyonce’s KITTY CAT and she always likes it when things are so girly and feminine.

People grow as artists and as individuals in their own lives. Eve is a woman now, she still has her swaggar that makes her Eve, but she enjoys being feminine and being a girl. Why should she be HARD all the time? I like that she has that balance. I like this, it’s a fun video. I don’t see a “new” Eve or an “old” one, i see a woman growing up.

The vid is straight, I like the colors and all, but the song sounds like something Beyonce would do, not Eve. If you took the rap lyrics off and put in Beyonce vocals or something it’d probably be better.

The video is very vibrant and very “artistic” almost going in a gwen stefani(ish) direction. very AVANT GARDE to say the least.

Was not my cup of tea persay, but as HIPHOP needs a better direction and something fresh (and especially for the women by women) this is a nice addition.

It is very hard somewhat to not see Eve as the “pitbull in a skirt” as she once described herself, but hey artists grow and we must respect that….we just do not have to spend $12.99 believing it!

Okay, I liked the video but the song…eh. I would have never thought back then in 1999 when Eve first came out that in 2007 I would be listening to her rapping about tambourines. I really hope that she has something on her new album with substance that I can actually vibe to.
