It’s hard to say because they’re both wearing the dress differently. Nicole looks likes she’s wearing it as an actual outfit. Halle Berry looks like she just threw it on to go to the grocery story and give her rent check to the landlady, like she’s really not dressing up.

I’m sure HALLE cares that #71 & #78 (which are more then likely WOMEN) don’t find her attractive. She can just depend on the rest of the 99.9% of the worlds population that DOES find her BEAUTIFUL. LOL! I swear INSECURITY is a HELLUVA drug. I thought this post was supposed to be about “Who rocked it better”, not wether or not you think HALLE is attractive. Sitting at your computer complaining about the fact that you don’t think she is LOVLEY is not going to stop her from being what she is, so PLEASE let’s just stick to the topic at hand….with that being said, the DRESS is FUGLY, so I guess NEITHER rocked it better. LOL! If I had to choose i’d side with HALLE, simply because she’s a style ICON and for the most part can do no WRONG. Now NEXT!!!
Oh and #71, i’ve seen plenty of pictures of HALLE without make up, and she looks the EXACT same as she does when she wears it. Unlike the MAJORITY in business, she doesn’t pile 10 pounds of make up on, so unfortunately for YOU she looks the SAME. But i’m sure you wish she looked different huh? LOL,SMH

First of all,the one Halle has on is a dress and does nothing for her figure.Nicole has on the shirt version of it and I like that even less. I do not like the oufits on either one of them.
