Rosario. It is overwhelming for Eva’s body. The shoes on Eva don’t match, nor do Rosario’s. The belt and the off the shoulder-ness made it better.

I think Eva rocked it better because this dress wasn’t meant for a belt. The whole purpose is a free flowing dress. But Rosario still looks nice in it.
