I’m not sure what the story is on this, but the internet is swarming about this “scandal.” Apparently, the ShoNuff-signed R&B group Nephu (myspace.com/nephumusic) recorded the new R. Kelly & Usher single “Same Girl” before the two R&B male sensations, and R. Kelly and Usher pulled a Beyonce, recorded the song, changed it up a little bit and released it. I don’t like the song anymore or any less, I just can’t believe that they really recorded this song, rumoredly without permission. That’s real dirty. More on this story later as more news comes out…

Speaking of the Kellz…word has it he got beef with Usher even after they recorded that “Same Girl” track. Apparently Kellz wrote the track for Ursh, but he was intimidated by R.’s voice and kept delaying recording of it So Kellz moved on and got Tyrese to hop on the track (which may leak to the net soon). But Kellz gave Usher another chance and things got real ugly. They recorded the track….but they are not friends in any way. shape, or form. Damn.

Nobody stole the song concreteloop…the group recorded the demo and the song was written by someone else..it was the writer that gave the song to Kels and Usher because he owns the rights not Nephu..and plus it was stated that they were on the Atanta radio show and explained the situation and the said that R.Kelly didn’t steal the song it was given to him by the writer Nephu didn’t want the song so hey people aren’t going to waste a track so you gotta make money by giving to to somebody who will make you money and it was Kells and Usher two well known men in the indusrty..Nephu wouldn’t have got the writer any exposure so yep there you have it..and this situation is not like Beyonce and Des’ree Beyonce took a copywritten song WITHOUT permission or she didn’t wait for the clearance and she violated the contract agreement..therefore it was illegal and she got sued R.Kelly and Usher didn’t get sued because it was given to them by the producer so that would make it legal
