I loved the show, majority of the performances were HOT, w/the exception of you know who. Monique was a good but I think she did better the last time she hosted.

The entire show was niceexcept when 50 part was messed up but improvised. Also Ciara I don’t know she just did too much at the end it wasn’t necessary. Everyone looked nice. Lil Mama I guess she thought she wasgoing to insteadof a award show. She looked tacky.

It was a great turn out this year!!! They should have showed more red carpet less Terrance and Rosci. I would have never guessed that many of our beautiful Kings & Queens showed up!!!! Yes there were some beautiful dresses and outfits and then there were some that needed major help. I love J Hud but I need her to keep Andre Leon Talley on speed dial and to discover what foundation(girdle) is!!! I have mixed feelings about Monique and some of her choices for outfits. But I will hold off on others and keep a positive light. Good Job BET!!!
I know I will be alon on this one, but I don’t care. Beyonce’s dresses were horrible! That silver one looked like Christmas tree tinsel, and the black one with the pyramid studs was just enough to make me throw up a little. Now I like Be as much as the next gal, but I just cannot get down with her attire from last night.
With that said, Monique looked beautiful as always, but I was a lil dissapointed by her opening number. I wanted her to do Rihanna’s Umberella, but instead she did Beyonce AGAIN, and then stated that she will KEEP doing Beyonce! I was looking for something different this time around…oh well. But nevertheless she was a great host.

I loved the show last night. Everyone looks good and it looks like a fun time was had by all. I didn’t like Diddy’s performance though….I agree with the poster who said it seemed kind of dry. It looked like he was going for too much dramatics and it just didn’t come off the right way. Overall great show though!!!! Oh, and looooooved Lil’ Kim struttin’ out there….even though I couldn’t hear her well at times.

Maybe it was the tv I was watching but alot of the performances it sounded like the music was louder than the artist. I kept saying they need to fire the sound engineer becaues he obviously forgot to hit a switch or something.
I couldn;t hear Kelly that well and I truly wish she would get more confidence in herself. You can hear her voice shaking everytime she performs.
You guys mentioned alot of stuff I missed. I only watched up to the Gerald tribute.
