Brandy will be the subject of an upcoming E! True Hollywood Story set to premiere June 23rd at 6pm. Former Moesha castmates and her celebrity friends, chime in on Brandy’s success and personal tragedies throughout her 14 year career. This is a must see if you’re a Brandy fan, I know imma DVR it.

- ‘Moesha’ co-star Sheryl Lee Ralph on the fatal car accident – “I do not believe that Brandy got up, got in her car with the intention to hit somebody.”
- ‘Moesha’ co-star Countess Vaughn on rumors of her fighting with Brandy – “What really pissed me off was because we were 15 years old, and these adults were coming in on an argument that would’ve blown over, but it didn’t because of the outside and the media.”
- Sheryl Lee Ralph on Brandy’s breakdown – “She just flat passed out. She was exhausted. She just passed out. That was it, boom.”
- Shar Jackson on tragic death of co-star Lamont Bentley in 2005 – “Losing Lamont, we’re still not through that.”

E true hollywood stories is interesting because they seem like they really try to put out the real story but it seems like they only try to put out the stories only when the person is either dead or tries to stir controversy. Brandy will get through whatever is going on in her life and like #2 Chante says she only needs some prayer. Maybe she should do a gospel album to reach into her Spiritual side and leave that Scientology crap to Tom Cruise and the rest of white hollywood.

Unfortunately, she used poor judgment while she was behind the wheel. What doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger. So, whatever happens, she’ll hopefully learn from this and keep on keepin’ on.

Damn, I really feel bad for Brandy. She was the girl we all loved though she didn’t have strong vocals or acting ability. I hope this incident is something she’s able to overcome ; like always, my condolence go out to the lost one’s family.

I never really liked Moesha (the tv show) but it seems like the young stars of the show have been having a disproportionate amount of personal tragedies.
My wife thinks the show is cursed.
It is sad, that woman losig her life in the accident, but Brandy’s career has been over. I mean let’s be serious that last album was trash then to do that whack ass variety show America’s Got (No) Talent , come on. I will watch to see how they do it but I do not care for her lying ass. She faked a marriage, lied to Oprah about it, and then proceeded to have a show on MTV about it with her family playing along. I was like you are really -ucked in the the head. Being an unwed mother sad to say is not considered a moral dilemma anymore although it is clearly still not what God intended. I do hope it all works out for Brandy. It was an accident — they occur EVERYday, and could happen to anyone. It’s unfortunate that someone was killed and others injured, but she will carry that burden for the rest of her life.
She should recover… I mean, Laura Bush ran a stop sign and killed a schoolmate in high school. She can overcome. And prayerfully, the woman’s family will recover as well.

I use to be a big fan of Brandy back in the day. I think she was one of the first female R&B artists that I looked up to. Sadly to say Brandy has fell off and she doesn’t look the same like she use to even before the accident occured. She use to be real pretty but I dont know what happened to her, she lost a lot of weight….. I think Brandy is a really good girl, I think the industry got the best of her. God Bless her.
