As a matter of fact that style is called a Twist Out and sometimes referred to as a Braid Out hairstyle. You take the hair in its natural state, wash it, condition it and add either twist or braid the hair while wet sometimes using Aloe Vera or another type of braiding gel. Leave it for about a week, take it down being careful not to disturb the natural twist or braid pattern. Lightly spray it with a curl defining spray or moisturizer and go.
