In case you haven’t heard, the 2007 BET Awards will take place tomorrow with big performances expected from T.I, 50 cent, Beyonce, Ne-Yo, Ciara, and alot more. Everybody is who is anybody is heading over to LA for the biggest event in Black Entertainment since…well since the last BET Awards.

E! IS COVERING IT BECAUSE IT CAN NO LONGER BE IGNORED.The BET AWARDS are the highest rated award show on cable beating award shows like the MTV Movie Awards. So the major white entertainment outlets can no longer ignore it. Usually Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood and all those other “entertainment” shows devote like 30 secs to covering the BET Awards. This year they might actually spend a minute on it.
Can’t wait for the performances and I’m so glad Monique is back. No one can be worse than Damon was last year. Hopefully, people actually show up to collect their awards because last year was embarassing.
