Lloyd officially won me over as a fan during his rendition of “Get It, Shawty!” on the BET Awards Pre-Show. I really dug his stage presence, I think he really connected with the audience. When being interviewed, Lloyd discussed a remix of his hit single featuring Lil’ Wayne (with whom he’s worked before), Big Boi and Chamillionaire. Here’s the finished product. Although I was expecting some different production and new vocal arrangement, the remix is still fun and I think it’ll be good for radio.

Sorry, I am not feeling this remix. It missed the mark in so many areas. Where was Lloyd on the remix? I thought he was going to sing a new verse or something. Also, I thought the beat would be slightly different. It just seems as if Lil’ Wayne, Big Boi & Chamillionaire were all sent the beat of the song and rapped over it and sent it back to Lloyd’s label. It lacked the creativity process like the remix for “You”. In general, I can’t believe what they play on the radio these days (and I am only 24 years old). However, I love Lloyd and his music. Support Lloyd and get “Street Love” .
The remix is FIYAH. Lloyd is a cutie despite his nose and has a bomb ass body. Wayne verse was hot imo. Love me some Weezy.

Still…Lloyd is definitely one of those guys that can get me to listem to their music just off his looks. Dude is hot and his personality is just fresh and crazy and that’s sexy. I hope he makes “Street Love” “Valentine” or “Player’s Prayer” the next single.
I like Lloyd. I remember hip from the Ashanti video with him called “Southside” back in the day. His voice sounds really young but if he is between 23-27 why does he have so many tatoos?

Maybe its because I’m in the “A”, but Lloyd is my dude. I love the music and the fact that he seems to enjoy what he is doing. If you notice, he’s always smiling. I like that; get it shawty!
